This cartoon by Bors brings out, for your inspection, the cultural biases that prop up the killing of unarmed citizens (usually non-caucasian). His use of a pun and the iconic x-ray specs to make his point is brilliant.

This is another example of the value of cartoons in examining our social structures and cultural barriers.
