We LOVE to get out of the studio! One of our favorite past clients came back in to town for a few days, so I dragged her to an alley and made her shoot pinup photos with us again! We shot in the middle of the day, or as I like to call it, the shittiest time of the day to shoot in. I busted out a fancy try-flash adapter and hooked up 3 Nikon SB910 flashes and 3 Pocket Wizard Flex TTL triggers. Slapped that thing on a light stand and started firing away. With the Pocket Wizard system, I was able to sync to 5000th of a second to give a moody night time look to a few of my pics. Since I was using 3 flashes, I had no problem with light output. My Chief Vehicle Acquisitions Manager, Blandford, found me another great hot rod to use. It was actually one of his old trucks that he built years ago.
As soon as I have a little spare time, we shot a great behind the scenes video of this shoot. Stay tuned for that mess!
