If you have ever read a comic book, there is a great likelihood that you know who Wonder Woman is. And if you know who Wonder Woman is, you probably know who Lynda Carter is. For several years, during the 1970’s, actress Lynda Carter played in a live action TV show as “Wonder Woman.” While the show itself was not, necessarily, the most ground breaking show in regards to its plots and dialogue, it was easy to ignore such matters because Lynda Carter was riveting as Wonder Woman. She so much resembled the comic book character as drawn in the comics as well as visualized in the minds of readers for almost 70 years, she has become iconic.

Of course, Lynda Carter the actress is much more than Wonder Woman. After the TV show ended, Ms. Carter continues to appear on television in many shows including several musical variety specials, she has appeared in several films, done voice-over work for video games and even written and recorded songs for a video game, Fallout 4. And she has never disappointed DC Comic fans when it has come to her role as Wonder Woman, making appearances and giving interviews about the character and her role.
