There’s no secret that men like to look at beautiful women in pin up clothing. From ancient art to classical art to modern art, the female form has been recreated and idolized. Pin up clothing girls refers to sexy pictures of models that were printed on a huge scale. Recently there has been an expansion in the number of buyers interested in pin up clothing.
Such stylishness was originally widespread more than half a century ago; all through the 1950s, it was a style that was often seen on New York’s catwalks. Many pin up girls were photographs of celebrities who were considered sex symbols. One of the largely popular early pin up girls was Betty Gable. Her poster was everywhere in the lockers of G.I.S during World War II. One of the most notorious pin up clothing girls was Ms. Norma Jeanne Mottelson, better known as Marilyn Monroe. This talented actress, singer and model appeared in a number of films during her time and became the embodiment of the female form with her soft curves and delightful smile. Who could forget her famous photograph from Seven Year Itch where her dress is blown upward by the air vent?
In the late seventies, there was the pin up girl Catherine Bach who portrayed the Daisy Duke character in the Dukes of Hazard television show. Discontented with her wardrobe, Ms. Bach took a pair of jeans and cut most of the legs away; creating the now famous pin up clothing, the Daisy Duke shorts. The image was celebrated on a color poster and has sold over 5 million copies since.

Pin up clothing today is more comfortable the earlier models of their day. Pin up clothing corsets can be worn on fancy occasions, but also on a casual evening.
