I started this a couple of weeks ago because Storyboard Pro was just shutting down all the time. Out of frustration – sketched in Photoshop.

As I was finishing it up, tried out some new brushes – and played around with a lot of gradient, layer style stuff – though normally I try to stay away from that, but it was fun. Finally put my signature on something – since my friends have been getting after me to do that.

Next I got to get Ms. Marvel, etc …done.

For his part, Whedon is increasing the field of live-action superheroines by adding Scarlet Witch to The Avengers 2. With the film's 2015 release date nearly two years away, there's plenty of time for Whedon to add even more of Marvel's most recognizable women to the superhero sequel.
