A very good love story,
The other day at the video store my wife found this movie. We hadnt heard much about it. My wife brought the movie home.
This movie is a real find. One of those romance movies that will touch your heart.
The movie starts out with Danny Foster (Drew Johnson) and Melissa Curtis (Corinna Harney-Jones).
They grow up together as best friends. However all the time she is in denial of their love for each other.
He persues his baseball career and puts her initials on the mound everytime he pitches for good luck. She is simply unable to keep from thinking about him. I wont tell you much more about the movie because I dont want to ruin it. This is a movie that makes you feel good as you root for the two of them to finally be together.
Watch this movie with that special someone in your life.

This was a fantastic movie from start to finish with each subplot flowing smoothly into the next one through out the film.
Most sports movies end with the main characters winning a championship, or overcoming astronomical odds. This film had a refreshing ending which was exceptionally creative and what the watcher felt was meant to be from the beginning.
I usually wait a while for the price to come down to purchase most DVD’s, but I want this movie now and am ordering it today.

|Great Family Film, Something for Everyone,
Saw this at the CineVegas film festival a little while ago. What a heart-warming film! Apparently it was one of the most watched at the festival and I can tell you it was standing room only in my theater.
Coming of age story set in Las Vegas, coincidentally enough. A childhood love between Danny Foster (Drew Johnson) and Melissa Curtis (Corinna Harney-Jones) is the main story line. Each one grows up with dreams and challenges taking them away from each other for a time.
The theme of redemption and growth in personal relationships is prominent. Although there are a few dark corners they each walk through in their journey from childhood to maturity, in the end there is a sense of love winning out over all.
There is some implied sex in a couple of scenes and one scene of implied violence in a family squabble, but overall it’s pretty tame. Those baseball scenes are really thrilling – reminds you of how much you can love the game just for itself and not for trophies or championships.
I loved it.
